Paid in Advance: Mobius instruments are custom-assembled for each order, therefore all orders should be paid in full via an advance deposit.
For customers in the continental United States we will accept checks, money order, or major credit-cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Western Union, or PayPal.
For clients outside the continental United States, payment should be by bank wire transfer, Western Union, PayPal, or International Money Order. If using bankwire-transfer, please ask us for routing details at time of purchase. In some cases, we can also accept credit-cards from foreign countries.
Guarantee To ensure that you are happy with your Touch-Style bass, all standard instruments with standard tunings purchased from Mobius Megatar through our EBay Megatar Store or direct from the factory are covered by the Mobius Guarantee of Satisfaction: "If you were anything less than completely delighted with a standard instrument, please return it within one week in new condition for a full refund of your purchase price.”
Non-standard tunings returned under guarantee will incur restocking fee to return them to standard tunings. As is common in the music industry, customized instruments built to your specification are not normally returnable under guarantee. For custom instruments all sales are final. However, Mobius may at our option accept a return for a restocking fee when customization is easily reversible in the shop, such as replacement of knobs or tuner machines with a different color.
Shipping Costs Instruments are normally shipped by Federal Express or FedEx Home Delivery. An instrument prepared in shipping container normally weighs about 16 pounds. If you have purchased a hardcase, then allow 30 pounds for case and instrument. A custom gigbag (boxed separately) weighs about 4 pounds. You can get approximate shipping costs from the Federal Express website. Enter the shipment as coming from Weed, California, from zip code 96094.
International orders Some countries will permit postal shipments of the size of our protective shipping cartons, and this is the least expensive method. Otherwise, we normally ship via Federal Express 'International Economy' delivery for addresses outside the United States. Delivery is typically within one week.
