• Forms of Payment from Outside the USA
  On factory orders and on orders through our EBay Megatar Store, funds can be transferred via PayPal, bankwire-transfer, Western Union, or International Money Order. On many orders from many countries, we can also accept credit-cards (with an additional security step) if we are shipping to the billing address listed for your credit-card. If using PayPal we also ship to the address shown on PayPal.
   
• Shipping outside the USA
  Mobius Megatar instruments can be shipped to most countries in the world. Insurance is required, and we prefer to use Federal Express, because they have great tracking, gentle handling, and they will carry your instrument through your country’s customs as part of their service. (See Customs and Duties, below.)
  
  For many countries, the post office will not permit shipping of instruments due to size limitations. However, Megatar instruments can ship via the cheaper postal service to the following countries -- Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City.
  
  Although postal shipping is cheaper, it is slow, it has no tracking, it is not always as smooth going through your country’s customs department, and adequate insurance is unavailable. However, we can obtain other insurance to cover the shipment. Generally, Federal Express shipping is better and quicker, but postal shipping costs less.
   
• Foreign-Order Preparation
  On factory orders and on orders through our EBay Megatar Store, other than the greater shipping costs, there is no additional charge for shipping internationally. We will prepare the additional paperwork, including a "Commercial Invoice" which is required by customs officials.
   
• Customs and Duties
  Instruments shipped into foreign countries are subject to your country's import duties and taxes. Contact your local customs agency for rates applicable to your country. Tell them you are importing an 'electric guitar' and tell them the 'harmonized customs code is 9207.90.0040'. Using paperwork that we will prepare, Federal Express will clear your instrument through your country's customs department. You will be billed directly for any import duties either by your customs department or by Federal Express.
