The MaxTapper NITRO with parallel frets comes with legendary Bartolini pickups, and coupled with the premium dark wood (sapele or mahogany depending on availability), produces a rich, deep, and warm tone.
Custom Graph Tech string-saddles and nut of charcoal-colored ‘StringSaver’ material provide enhanced sustain, and tuning stability, and within these saddles, Graph Tech “Screaming Ghost” piezos. The wiring from the piezos is routed to the pickups cavity, where dual Graph Tech ‘Acoustiphonic’ preamps present the sound with crystal clarity.
Proprietary circuitry blends (or switches, at your choice) the warm magnetic sound with the crystal-clear piezo sound, for an infinite choice of tonal palette, with fingertip ease.
Specially modified outjacks will provide bass and melody, as blended signals, or just by changing cords, you can have true quad output -- mag melody and piezo melody, mag bass and piezo bass.
