Stereo 1/4" jack to go into instrument's female socket, then two separate cords each terminating in a mono 1/4" jack to go into two amplifiers or two channels in a mixer. Pictured on the right, with black stereo jack, gray and orange mono jacks.

This is a bit nicer grade of stereo output cord, with a little additional length, so you can stand just a little further from your amp. Pictured on the left, with black stereo jack, black and red mono jacks.
